:huhsorry but i'm missing something here.... who the **** talked to you?..and more importantly, who the **** are you?
Lennox was smart and got out while the getting was good. Both guys took each other into deep waters. Unfortunately, VK's skin didn't hold up. Lewis's chin wasn't going to hold up much longer either. Hard to say, but I really think Vitali was on his way to a KO. HUGE shame that there was no rematch. I would say that was the best heavyweight fight since Bowe/Golota II.
Angelo Dundee said that Vitali was cheated out of the title that night. Dundee was not only a great trainer, he was a great cut man!!! Vitali would have knocked Lewis out in the very next round and Lewis knows it. Lewis did not like his badly broken nose and he did not like being staggered.
Depends on the HW, Ali was 38 when he fought Holmes. A lot of guys are shot & well past their best by then.
But Lewis was pretty much the opposite of this type - going stronger and stronger with years. He was quite right in saying that he's like a fine wine. Of course, this might not have been his absolute peak, but really not far far from it imo. It was a legit showing of both of them head to head.
Vladimir23. Wht do you keep putting up the same post over and over again? Lewis TKO 6. Please get over it.
