All four now with ******, this would be massive:

    Semi Finals:

    Groves V Cleverley

    Bellew V De Gale

    All fights at Light Heavyweight.

Discuss who would win and why.

DeGale would school Bellew with ease and Cleverly would beat Groves on points but it wouldnt be easy. Degale/Clev is a toss up Split Decision either way

Cleverly would beat degale or groves quite handily at this point IMO

Not trying to be a dick, but i always find it funny when somebody predicts a split decision. Doesn't seem to make sense for some reason to me.

I agree with your assessment. DeGale would beat Bellew, and Cleverly would win a close fight with Groves. I think at this stage, Cleverly would win a close decision against Degale.

Same here. You are predicting a fight. Trying to predict the judges score as well without knowing the names of the judges, the location of the fight etc. seems a bit pointless to me. I think people use split decision when they mean a close fight and unanimous decision when they see a clear win.

Wide decision, clear decision, close decision etc. rather than UD or SD for me. Just call the fight IMHO.

The only time to predict a split decision is during the last round on the ESB RbR.

I've a 6th sense about these things, any fight that's remotely close seems to go to a split or majority these days.

lol Know what you mean just think it would be one of those fights which is nip and tuck and everyone is split on who won.

Why does no one pick the draw? Or the majority decision? Or the majority draw in these close fights?? ;)

Now you have accepted that, how good do you think Jim Watt will do in his analysis?

Cleverley I think, at this point. Definitely not groves.
