    No fight limit.

You can't demonstrate with any conclusive proof that Hatton or Haye is more impressive than DeGale. It is very much subjective. That is the beauty pf a "p4p" list.

Off the top of my head, not counting the Cubans.

    1) Saunders
    2) Groves
    3) Jeffries
    4) Gavin
    5) DeGale

Jeffries is far too basic for DeGale. Even thougn Jeffries looks like a cruiserweight I think DeGale would outskill him.

As long as DeGale's power carries up I could see him beating all of them.

I'm not ranking H2H, just who I think is the better prospect. Jeffries has the size and fundamentals to get him to at least a certain level, probably Euro/ fringe world class, if he improves he can go further. In comparision Degale, while he may have the potentail to go further, has more questions hanging over how far he can go in the pros.

Forget fundamentals. Jeffries went to the old school of throwing a jab and straight punches. The modern flurries of DeGale slapped Jeffries all over the place in sparring from what I've heard.

Perhaps Jeffries wasn't used to getting tapped repeatedly on the top of the head?

You are right he was very confused. DeGale is new generation for sure.

Is boxing phasing out the jab and right cross in favour of this new slapping/ patting style that DeGale is pionneering?;)

Yep - but I wouldn't call DeGale a pioneer. He is one of the discipiles to Calzaghe's Jesus :good

Other disciples include Guzman and Jacobs.

Jacobs? Don't base this on just the one fight they have had recently, like Hatton :yep

Good list, I'd swap Moore for Woods, leaving Khan in 6th. I'd also put Munroe in at 8 instead of Rhodes, and swap Mitchell and Brook at 9 & 10.

Degale won't do anything in this sport bar maybe pick up a british or commonwealth title. He'll get demolished by Sutherland if they meet in the Pro ranks.
