i admit it. i invented the 18 month rule just so i could relegate hatton to number 3. but seriously, when trying to come up with p4p lists without any timelimits its hard to know where to draw the line. i mean, if you are looking at the whole career of active british boxers i'd probably end up with danny williams and howard eastman in my top 5.
Exactly the point I was making. You really can't justify that sort of decision making process, without having Hopkins and De La Hoya as sure top 3 p4p fighters, which is clearly absurd
you joking me mate,he beat eastman much more comfortably than the scorecards suggest,he also took apart bonsante and won a close decision against smichet,to call it a dodgy decision is dodgy in itself. but he's irish so it don't make no difference to your list.
