British Prospect P4P List

    Ok, to qualify as a prospect you need to be

    a) 24 and under
    b) Have yet to fight for a Commonwealth/British title or higher
    c) You have to had a fight at the 6 round limit
    d) Have no more than 1 loss on your record

    This is the list according to Boxrec using there points system. Its pretty flawed but I think this has created a decent list

    I like the look of Quigg..... but his level of opposition isn't setting the world alight, though he does have an impressive stoppage of that Lukin fella, who stood Paul Hyland on his head a while back.

    I'd put him in with Marsh next for the British.

    Pretty simple list to do...

    DeGale
    S. Smith
    Quigg
    Gavin
    Saunders
    Joe Murray (not seen enough to be sure but from what I've heard)

    We discuss and mock DeGale, we're ultra-critical of the likes of Saunders, but they're still a clear class above the 'average' type of prospect we see coming up.

    I'd rate Groves over Degale, and Gavin over Smith. This could all change if Smith manages to beat Simpson, don't think he will though, he's had no fights this far to prove he can hang with Simpson IMO.
