Jamie Moore vs Michael Jones. I am sure Jamie went in at short notice to fight Jones, who was a good fighter. Jamie pulled off a cracking victory and also won the rematch.

I don't live in your country but how about the Kirkland Laying vs Colin Jones bouts? I've never seen the full fights but from what I've seen they were great bouts. I remember seeing a bout where Heorl Graham was fighting an up and comer for the British title and he gave a masterful performance but the opponent was injured and I think couldn't box anymore unfortunately. I remember that fight got alot of hype.
While only an eliminator for the title, Mark Kaylor v Erroll Christie, which despite the notoriety, was a brilliant back and forth fight.
