    Haha
On paper probably the greatest win ever for a British fighter.

Clarke v vargas. I was with his brother watching that (Clarke). Everybody knew he had zero chance. Wonder how hes getting on now Howard Clarke, he was in bad shape wasn't he not long ago ?

Audley vs Haye was probably the worst world title fight I've ever seen...

Adrian Stone going up against Shane Mosley is one most people seem to forget.

    Yeah
Yeah it was. They said Laing was a nightmare to spar.
Michael Watson was full of praise for him. I don't think he worked hard enough with his talent.
Although a great win it also has to be said he must have beat an under trained Duran as well. When Duran was in shape he was special.

Laing was a genuine Rasta who was always stoned which obviously makes training and dedication a bit hard !!!

He is a sorry state these days which is sad to see

Met him at a fundraiser for Andy Millwall. He was in good form then. Got a good pic of me with him.

Not strictly speaking a challenger, since he was the Champ, but......

I remember Benn v McClellan. Everyone was saying Benn had no chance.

From the start it looked like a massive mismatch, how Benn survived round one I still don't know. Maybe a little bit of luck and kindness from the ref and a whole lot of heart. I think in todays boxing world that fight gets stopped in the first.

Still, with balls of steel and heart of a lion he recovered and secured a great victory.
