No offense, but your population is pretty fat, too. In fact, Britain has the highest obesity rates in all of Europe, even with the help of Jamie Oliver. :D

It is understandable. But what I have never quite grasped is why Haye fans are okay with him lying to them. To this day, Haye and his team maintains that it was a back injury. Does he have to continue lying about this? We all know that he pulled up because his network folded.

See folks, here's an Englishman who calls it like he sees it. Haye is a ****, just like I agree that most American Heavyweights are out of shape & too lazy to do roadwork, etc.

    What is the source?

Anyway, I'm ok with the fight not happening yet. As long as Haye is around, there is genuine excitement but he needs a potential opponent and they are the Klitschko's. There is no other fight in the division, so why rush? Haye just being there, gives us all so much to talk about which is why I don't think a fight should be rushed. Let both guys keep winning and when the momentum builds even more than it is now, they can have a huge HBO fight in front of a packed Wembley or maybe a German stadium.

I'd much rather wait until Haye is known on HBO. In that time, the fight than garner more interest and that's what such an exciting, intriguing fight deserves.

I'm a Wlad fan, by the way.

    ****ing Brits man:patsch

how much more interest do you need than selling 60,000 tickets in Germany only to ***** out on all the fans who paid for one. There is PLENTY of interest and has been.

It's the most likely outcome of the financial discussions, cant see team wlad agreeing to a big chunk of the purse to Haye after what they offered last time.

60k in ticket sales is nothing compared to ppv sales.

Are people going to buy wlad vs "insert fat bum nobody" the answer is no but they will for Haye vs wlad.
And this is why Haye comes to the table in a strong negotiating position which the team wlad probably doesn't agree with but I don't think wlad sells at all what were the figures for wlad vs chambers ? was that even on usa tv ?

Other side of my head says Haye is not an idiot and is just trying to make as much money as possible before fighting a klit and if he loses now to one it would hurt him financially in the bigger picture.
I think Haye is in it for the money and if he can make more £$ fighting some other opponents before wlad/vitali and thus making those fights bigger I can forgive haye for it.

But if he was offered good terms then I think he has chickened out.

So the newest excuse for Haye being yellow is that he is trying to garner more interest in this fight correct?A fight that already had mass appeal:patsch

2nd tier 2nd rate so long as he keeps on ducking!

If haye fought wlad he would probably command at least a 4-500k ppv sale alone in uk I definitely think Haye brings a good few £mil to the negotiating table.

No no no only if Haye comes to the table and they offer him **** money I can understand him not taking it.
He is a heavyweight champ albeit paper he still beat valuev for the belt so if team wlad offer a ridiculously low % you can understand Haye not taking it.

What would you do if you were a boxer ? would you fight wlad for say £2 million or go fight someone else make 1 mil then fight wlad for £5 million.
