Hi im a boxing man dont really know much about MMA but does anyone know about the disease brock lesnar is suffering from>?
That's the long and short of it. It's been proven over millennia that diets rich in meat are not good for you. The human body whilst capable of consuming meat was never designed to process large quantity's of meat. In fact a decent sized steak can take up two weeks for the body to absorb fully. Brock was unfortunately a victim of his own life style. In other words 'You are what you eat'.
what would have happened to brock is the same with sapp, there artificial ballons went down and down after each adversity. dangerous at the start..become trial horses for up and comers.
yeah...i gad an idea of it, nutrition is something im still learning...but i didnt know it was bad....i mean turkey, chicken...cant be bad for you can it. in the long term that is. obviously it helps with building muscle..
Like i said we have the ability to eat meat. There's nothing wrong with eating meat although white meat is far better on the digestive system than red meat. That said the quantity and quality of the meat is everything. The foods we eat these days are highly processed and subject to many chemicals. It's no coincidence that bowel cancer is one of the fastest growing cancers in the West. Personally i'm not a big meat eater. Subsistence on meat isn't part of my culture. I eat far more white meat than red if and when i do eat meat.
allan green had it and i think he had it worse too. brock lost a foot, green lost something crazy like 85% of his intestines or colon.
Especially the meat in the US full of hormone and nasty ****. Monsato are glad to inject anything in those poor animal as long they can grow faster bigger fatter and just uglier. I agree 100% with Scurla. Excess in any form is rarelly good for you anyway. Me I much prefer eating alot of different thing. I think it's nice to never eat the same thing and the veggie are by far the best thing in this whole world...veggies and fruit !
I have an Ma in Bio. Let me summarize it. The human colon is a long herbivores colon, is colonized by bacteria primarily responsible for the breakdown of starchy carbs while our salivary glands and the enzymes secreted by our stomach and pancreas are further suited to break down starchy carbs. This is where our digestive system would get it's primary source of amino acids; from the breakdown of plant material. A Carnivore's colon is much shorter by comparison and their digestive enzyme much harsher than our own. They eat, break down the nutrients and **** out the rubbish quickly. Simply put the human body can take meat but isn't adapted to it as a specialty. In Brocks case all this excess meat got lodged in little cravets in his colon festering for weeks and months without being digested causing all manner of problems for him.
