I think Randleman may be too small for Lesnar. I don't think he can keep Brock on his back, and I think Lesnar will have Randleman on his back at some point. I don't believe Randleman has the defensive ability to avoid the ground n pound if Brock puts him on his back. I'd take Lesnar by tko.

I do think a prime Severn would have a real chance against Lesnar, and would probably make him the favorite. Couture is not that much higher caliber wrestler than Severn, and Couture did quite well wrestling with Lesnar. Couture is also 30 to 40 lbs. smaller than The Beast.

I would definitely take Mark Coleman over Lesnar. Coleman vs Lesnar would be a wrestling match with occasional striking, and the better wrestler normally wins that type of match. Coleman is by far the better wrestler. Coleman was Olympic level. Just look at how he dominated Severn, in what was essentially a wrestling match.

Obviously. Old Coleman would've been a sad sight.

...Well, maybe for Coleman fans. Watching Randy choke him out and Tito making him butthurt was glorious.

I remember when that fight was announced when Mark had left PRIDE and Brock had just joined the UFC. What a bad bad idea that would have been.

kevin randleman vs brock lesnar i would go with brock i see brock taking him down and ground and pounding him out, prime coleman vs brock i would go with coleman, he was a beast back in pride and his ground and pound was insane plus he anticipated when they were going to strike and took them down, he had great instinct.

I don't know if you're responding to my post or not, but I was talking about a 1990's version just in case you were. Maybe even early 2000's, but not the Coleman of today.

In regards to Tito, I thought Coleman got the better of the post Couture fight verbal exchange. Coleman was an old man against the, I think, older Couture; but I still think that was a good win for Randy. Coleman was still good enough to beat Bonnar, and gave Shogun a good fight. Some want to claim Shogun was in bad shape, and he may have been sub par, but I don't completely buy it. There was a lot of bad blood between Shogun and Coleman, and it was also a do or die fight for Rua. The Coleman Randy beat was no where near his prime, but Coleman was still a good fighter.

Only problem being that Kevin was a lot stronger and a lot more explosive.

No he wasn't stronger. Randleman was smaller and faster than Brock, but I can't say he was more explosive. I would say both are more explosive than anyone I've seen in the sport, but I think Lesnar is significantly stronger.
