If he can shutout Guinn, he can definitely win this one by stoppage. Brock's a plodder and has a glass chin.

    Good news.

I hope Byrd-Povetkin will be announced quickly.

Easy? how the hell could you say that? a glass chin? why because he got KO'd by a punch that made his face nove to the side of his head?
:patsch trust me even if he does win it will not be easy

Brock's struggled with lesser opposition than Chambers and has been off against several tomato cans and journeymen, he doesn't have a good chin, far from it and Chambers snappy quick combinations may be enough to do him in.

What if it is easy? You just said 'trust me'.:yep

    It's just boxing discussion mate!:yep

Besides, GSP would KO both with a kick to the head, the chin doesn't even matter at that point.

awesome news. for the sake of originality, i am backing eddie in this one, and povetkin in the byrd matchup.

however both prospects will have good solid tests i think. winnable for both, but they will certainly work for it.

even though brock and byrd are done, and will lose even worse against wladimir in another fight, they know he is a big payday so there's incentive for them to try hard

    eddie UD brock

Let's say Brock takes Chambers' punches. Will the conclusion be that Brock has a better chin than you thought or that Chambers is feather-fisted?

By no means is this an easy fight for Chambers. He will have the hand speed advantage but Brock is a very good boxer with way more experience.

Great matchup, although maybe not a wise career move for Brock at this point. It's a little too early for him to take a gatekeeper type fight, and sort of puts him in the position McCline was in against himself just a couple years ago--A name guy who took a fight against the dangerous up-and-comer, and ended up getting knocked off and falling out of the rankings.

Brock does have only one loss and has been building back since the Wlad stoppage.

No network should EVER air Byrd/Wlad 3 and if Byrd takes that fight he is a ******. He can't beat Chambers anyway. His time has come and gone.

Doesn't that make it difficult to disprove a "china chin" accusation once it's lodged?
