I broke my right ankle on July 22 of this year still can't run or jump. I'm planing of sparring in a couple of days(friday) any sparring tips that doesn't consist much movement/footwork.
I can't bend my ankle much so I can't bob and weave or throw my right hand

you should probably rehablitate your ankle before you start sparring, sparring without footmovement is almost impossible

  3. talk to a physio. you need rehab before you train on it again...
if youre injured its not worth making it worse

If you can't run or jump why do you think you could get away with sparring? Bad idea.

So you haven't sparred in almost 3 months. Your ankle is repairing itself and will probably be 100% in a month or so, but you want to possibly extend the repair time (possibly injuring yourself further) just so you can spar? Again, bad idea.

Up to u if you want to spar or not but if you gonna spar then play more into a pro style. Solid guard and flat feet on ground with no little footwork and solid punches.
