Punched a wall and fractured the carpals, wrist bowed out. Had about 20 degrees of wrist extension after the break. Anyone that's dealt with broken wrists, how did you overcome it, restore your strength In Brisbane QLD
I am sorry to hear that. Hopefully it will heal up and be perfect again. I would follow the physio to a tee and even do extra stuff to make the recovery as easy and quick as possible.
ive had wrist problems most of my adult life from fights where my punches landed wrong. a couple of times a year i will sleep on it wrong or bend it the wrong way and i will get pain for a couple of weeks that robs me of any strength in my grip. i never had surgery so i dont know if that would have fixed it, i just deal with it when it comes up.
Seriously mate punching walls is not advisable.I know women can drive men to such things but the wall is king.
Sounds really painful. The Australian all rounder Rodney Marsh’s son had just got back into the test team and done well. Then goes and breaks his hand punching a wall after being given out lol.
