Just seen this over at the ring. Thougjts? I kinda agree with him but i cant help but feel he is trying to copy mayweathers " they never gonna guve me the credit i truely deserve" line. Sounds like a very similar rant.

Ward, Hopkins and Floyd have gotten credit. Other than them, what other AA are out there?

Broner has not accomplished a damn thing, so why does he deserve a platform to whine

Bradley is a p4p rated fighter or at least should be. I'm not saying I really agree with the statement though.

Bull****. Who honestly has an easier road to HBO dates and P4P rankings?

I'll give you a hint: it's the guys who the casual U.S. fans expect to do well and have larger fanbases- African Americans, Mexicans, and Puerto Ricans. Any time there's a significant pocket of ethnic fans that can be catered to, that fighter has an advantage because it's a money driven sport. Adamek in Jersey is another example.

What breaks have talented Asian fighters gotten here with the exception of Pac? Or an Eastern Euro like Kotelnyk whose own promoter screws him when he comes to fight in the U.S. because he's not the draw. Or a South American fighter like Sergio who overcame getting ****ed over multiple times to the HBO house guy to wind up on top.

Broner's too ****ing dumb to realize he's in as good a spot as he could ask for. He's on the fast track to P4P lists and headlining HBO cards that any other young talent would kill for. It's not just because he's African American, but you're kidding yourselves if you think he gets those same opportunities if he's coming here from Argentina, Ukraine, or South Africa.

    wrong

I think the AA fighters of the past have laid such a solid foundation that today's AA fighters are riding that success without necessarily deserving it

The kid hasn't beaten anyone yet he's already "Mr. HBO." What an ignorant ******. I can't remember a fighter in the last decade that has done less yet got more hype than this kid.

You're joking right? HBO have always pushed AA fighters to the forefront. How do you think Broner is getting all this hype? HBO is pushing him as a top fighter. Surely he didn't get there because he beat top competition.

On 2nd thought, Broner is just trying to do what Mayweather does. Bring up the racial tension to get attention, I shouldn't even bother.
