    Fun fact

Broner vs De Leon @ 130: weighs 144
    Pacquiao vs Marquez @ 130: weighs 145

    Thoughts?

Either they're the same size (by famous logic here), or people have to admit they have no idea what they're talking about in regards to these fighters weights.

    :smoke

Edit: this isn't about Pac or Broner, it's an example. And it debunks arguments about fight night weight and "natural" size.

Broner is TMT fighter. He's not suspicious at all. Oh the other, since it's Pacquiao, he was definitely on something. :deal True story

Pacquiao could easily make lightweight. All he has to do is cut back on calories.

He could have made 135 his entire career. Just stop eating so much food.

Maybe he could have if he watched his diet and didn't get out of shape when not in camp.

He was hardly 170lbs of muscle though was he, he just got fat. Pacquiao could easily eat himself up to 170lbs if he got to like 25% bodyfat, has no bearing on his fight weight.

No doubt, my PERSONAL opinion is that Broner is bigger, obviously. This thread is for:

    A) People who use fight night weight in their arguments

    and

    B) People who claim Pacquiao is still a lightweight despite not being their for years.

170lbs for a 5'6 asian man would be like Hulkamania sized lamo. If he and Buboy switched bodies ya ok.

Broner is only 26 years old though. At 26 Pacquiao could have still made 126 without being drained.

The older you get the harder it is to stay in the lower weight classes.

I don't know if he could make 135 still without being drained. But if he can then yes he's still a lightweight just fighting at higher weight classes.

Exactly, if he went up to 170lbs purely by gaining bodyfat like broner did then he would look like buboy. People claim broner goes up to 170lbs in between fights and use that as a reason why he is not the same size as pacquiao, yet pacquiao could easily make it to 170lbs using the same method broner did.
