Based on what? Where is the evidence to suggest this "WW version" of Marquez wouldn't still get virtually shut out. Instead of 11-1 scores are we talking 9-3, that would be an improvement right? In no universe do Marquez compete with Floyd. Like him or not, Floyd is by far and away a better fighter than Marquez, and I'm a Marquez fan, but he still gets spanked even today!!!

Call me crazy but I think Broner would beat Manny.

Broner has speed, power, decent footwork and he seems to have a good ring IQ. He also has good timing and a damn good jab. You don't normally see a guy jabbing a southpaw but his jab was on fire against Demarco. You can't really miss Manny with a right hand and Broner has that. He would also **** Manny up on the inside too.

We will never know unless it happens though. If he is willing to step up to the plate then GBP and Top Rank should make it.
