Broner can move up *two* weight classes but Bum-love-kin can't move up one?!?

Say what you will about Adrian Broner but he had the gonads to move up from 135 to 147 and fight arguably the second or third biggest puncher @ welter. Meanwhile, the Triple Duck is content knocking over TOMATO CANs @ 160 and refuses to seek bigger challenges. I'd bet my bottom dollar that Broner headlines a PPV card before Bum-love-kin does.

    Broner > Triple Duck

Went from 130 to 135 then 147 now at 140. I'm not even a Broner fan but he's more P4P than GGG.

Fair point. Floyd just fought at 147, two division down from GGG and he calls out Floyd. Why doesn't GGG call out Kovalev? If you're going to call out smaller men, then call out bigger men too to prove you're not full of BS.

I like GGG and believe he's the MW king and too big for Floyd. But I find it odd that GGG is not calling out Kovalev.

Broner moved up for the weakest titlist, featherfisted Paulie, GGG would move up to face the best 168lbers in Ward or Froch

Yes, Paulie was feather fisted - but Maidana wasn't. It took ***** for Broner to move up TWO divisions and fight Maidana. Call me when the Triple Duck comes off of his Bum of the Month tour...

Is this the daily anti-GGG circle jerk thread?

Monroe wasn't a bum. Credit to him for being willing to face Golovkin. Golovkin is willing to fight anyone at 160. It is not his fault that some fighters are not willing to step to him.

Note: Broner is 25 and got bigger/fatter/whatever and can't make his old weight classes anymore = greatness.

GGG is 33 years old and still coming in under 160, as always.

Well there aren't exactly any Paulie's waiting for him at 175. That being said should we really be ****ting on a guy who is disciplined enough to make wait and actually wants to clean out the division he is champion in? I mean that is what we all want right, the rooting out of all the garbage "champions" out there?

Broner is like Chavez Jr, he drained himself to make a weight in weightclasses he never belonged in.

WW is his natural division. He was festing on midgets like Gavin Rees and Jason Litzau in the lower weights

Broner was gaining ~18 pounds overnight when he fought at 135. Beating up smaller men. eventually forced out of the division since he can't make weight - then lied saying he can still make 135 when he can't expecting praise for jumping to 147?

Went to 147 thinking he could outbox Maidana like Khan & Alexander did instead got his ass beat up.
Now he is at 140 carefully avoiding people instead draining Shawn Porter who will still probably whoop his ass anyway

147 is where Broner is most comfortable but 140 is where he should have been fighting the past 3-4 years. Right now he still isn't enjoying draining ~14 pounds to make 140 since he bloats up so much between fights.

Broner isn't that bad a fighter...but he is limited and his mentality sucks. He better hope that Porter has real trouble making that weight otherwise it's going to be a rough night.

No! Broner is very small. I am surprised that he beat Paulie @147 and finished the Maidan fight on his feet.

I met him in AC after the Demarco fight and this dude is shorter and smaller than Floyd whom I have seen quite a few times in person.

Stupidity should not be grounds for banning someone. If it was, this site would have very little activity. People have different viewpoints and most should be respected.
