Contrary to the notion that Vazquez turned down his biggest payday to face Broner...Miguel in fact has called him out. I spoke with Miguel and his trainer/manager recently and both clearly stated that Miguel did not turn down any offer and that no offer was ever made. They believe that Broner avoids him because Broner lacks the skills to face a skilled, mobile, smart, and prime fighter. They said that all his opponents have one thing in common poor mobility and limited defense. They even questioned Broner's heart as they said he ran away from Ponce de Leon.
As much as I'd love that to happen, Paulie is declining and I just don't see it. He got a gift against Cano.
