It seemed pretty clear that you meant Gesta was no better or worse than recent opponents Z.
If you could pick an opponent, who would it be? And that goes to everyone.Let's get sensible here and discuss who'd make a good opponent at this stage without being ridiculous.
DeMarco is the obvious one though I think Abril would be a good marker, but most of the big names are tied up so if he's going to feel his way into the weight then why not go for Gavin Rees as a LW debut?
And I won't be surprised if Molina beats DeMarco BTW.

DeMarco would be good, but like you said, he's tied up at the moment, like most of the top guys in the division are. Isn't Abril fighting Bogere??

    Not at all, guido.

Besides, everyone knows he got a gift against the best one he's faced anyway, so it's all good. :yep

Yeah.He was meant to be fighting Rees but it fell through so Rees is free now.People have rightly said 135 isn't a money division right now but at least most of the top guys are going at it.Could be the best division for best names fighting each other right now.

Can't really say they're ducking Broner since everyone has a fight lined up already but at the same time give Broner credit for seeking a legit fight at least.

Broners in a shitty position right now.... all possible decent opponents are locked up and have fights..... I think they moved to Nov to get a crack at the Molina vs Demarco winner which would be great! But realistically here's the type of guys he should be fighting and dudes I'm sure he wants to fight:

Burns: fight coming up with Mitchell so he's out

Demarco: fight coming up with Molina so he's most likely out unless the winner of that fight doesn't suffer a cut or any injuries and has an easy night which is highly unlikely considering that fight has war written all ove it.

Vazquez: fight coming up vs Gesta most likely, I think they should make him a big offer for Nov and maybe he'll bypass the Gesta mando

Abril: fight coming up vs Bogere so he's out

there's no one else worthy at LW trhat Broner wouldn't get criticized for beating on.....they'd get auto labeled a tomato can.... so then it's up to 140 for options:

Rios: fighting Alvarado so he's out

Garcia: fighting Morales so he's out

Matthysse: fighting Olesugun so he's out

Khan: ??? no idea what's going on with him but I'm guessing he's looking for a soft touch for his return bout to avoid a poetential loss that would end his career as a world class fighter.

Marquez: Looking for a bigger fight and on PPV, could be Bradley

    Judah: fighting Peterson

    Peterson: fighting Judah

so the other option is a fight at WW vs Guerrero

Guerrero: thinks he's too big of a star and wants Broner to prove himself despite at 22 being at least as proven as the Ghost at 29 and outdrawing the Ghost as well...Guerrero's only looking for big money fights to cash out right now.

Broners best bets would be to try and get Vazquez before Gesta gets the fight, or hope that Demarco takes little damage and beats Molina and is ready to go for Nov or face a solid 140 fighter like: Provodnikov, Prescott, Herrera, Corley he can't get away with fighting that class of fighter at 135 without getting crucified by the haters but facing a solid 140 fighter fresh out of 130 would be a decent enough look if nothing else is available.
