Hearn publicly said he was offering Wilder $12M flat fee.

I don’t care if he actually made a sheet of paper public, he stated the terms publicly.

Incorrect. Wilder's side leaked the number not Hearn.

Here’s a link with him saying immediately after the offer that it’s take-it-or-leave it: https://www.ringtv.com/532936-hearn-offers-wilder-12-5-fight-joshua-take-leave/

He also made a public $4M offer for Wilder to fight Whyte.

It’s standard operating procedure for Eddie. He’s just butthurt because Broner turned him down. In fact, by posting on social media about a NDA he’s revealing something publicly about negotiations, right?

Sorry, but it’s not on every fighter Hearn fails to sign to keep it a secret that they turned him down so he doesn’t get embarrassed. It’s on Eddie to make the deal.

Hearn and Quigg posing with a cheque for Frampton instantly jumps to mind.

My point was a cheap shot at the fanboys because Hearn uses social media so well especially with shaming fighters with 'Good' offers.

Take it with a pinch of salt mate I'm just poking fun.

Won't sue? He can't sue... Broner hasn't signed an NDA. That would only apply if he signed the three-fight deal.... and he didn't.

It's possible that an NDA was signed before Broner was sent that offer.
It's possible that there wasn't an NDA.
It's possible that what Broner posted wasn't a real offer.
    We don't know ****.

Not sure anyone would sign an NDA prior to a contract offer. I wouldn't. Anyway Eddie cleared it up... no NDA, although his original Tweet was misleading....
