I wouldn't mind seeing them fight at 138 (I hope Broner means that and not 133 or something) as long as its not for a title.

it's not just that. You don't just disagree, you come with insults and attack people and I react a certain way to that.

Floyd Marquez was a pretty bad incident  I won't go into detail about that

Berto/Ortiz catchweight was pointless and stupid.

Cotto can't go all the way down to 147 again. But Pacquiao can go to 154 like Floyd did and just come in 150 (like Floyd did). What this looks like is a case of Pacquiao trying to drain Cotto.

Now Floyd vs Hamed isn't as bad because Floyd wasn't capable of moving down 126 and it would have been harder for Hamed to come up to 130 than 128. Plus it wasn't a case of Floyd trying to DRAIN another fighter. If anything, Floyd was the fighter being drained. Why don't you go get pissed off at Hamed instead.

Pacquiao drains fighters. Who has Floyd drained?

So the guy who doesn't try to make weight wants to fight the guy who kills himself to make weight at a catch weight?

Yeah and Broner eating McDonalds and junk food is living a great life style. Just because he thinks he's Floyd doesn't mean he works or lives like Floyd.:patsch

Wow! Like half of these are incorrect...how fast we forget.

    1. Never ducked anyone? Ummm...let's see what you call retiring when other fighters like Cotto and Margarito were at their prime. And yes I know now what we know about Margarito but Floyd didn't know that back then.
    2. And what exactly did he do against Marquez...can you remind me of that fight and the weight advantage.
    7. Never got dropped? Well, it might have been a flash knock down but to me that was a drop against Zab.
    8. Dominate the sport for the last what???? 20 years???? What are you smoking..come again please.
    10. And I don't even know what the hell that means.

what are yall bitching about ? the catchweight is a favour and an advantage to Rios not Broner....Broner coulda said he wanted it at 135 but knowing that would drain the **** out of Rios and make the win worhtless as a result he said **** it I'll let proven LW Rios go all the way up to 138lbs even though I'm not even officially a Lightweight yet. I don't get what yall are bitching about, a dude who hasn't even had his first fight at LW is letting a career LW who just outgrew the division to come in at 3lbs over the divsions limit in order to make the fight happen.
