anybody agree? this is what i like to see, the perfect mix between the head and the body. Broner will continue to improve and become better, as far as a more entertaining boxer he's a class act, tweeted to gavin reese saying he's tough as ****. I like the idea that he's willing to entertain the crowd but being both an offensive and defensive first fighter rather than some guys are majority defensive or majority offensive. Lots of hate for the guy but what ever helps this guy get the $$ he deserves. A showman and a fighter :happy
yeah, it's refreshing to see him chop his opponents down with the body and head shots. the best part is that he's still young and learning, so he has nothing to do but get better. hes not afraid to let his hands go but still defensively responsible. he's like a mini James Toney.
Broner is a master with the left hook and the straight right to the body he was killin DeMarco with em all night and that set up his KO, y'all see Reese get that work
I didn't say that, it was just obvious that the time Gavin Rees visibly winced and dropped from a body shot, was when he thought the referee said break, and dropped his guard. Broner did good, but he also showed the faults that we've seen from him time and time again, Ricky Burns or Miguel Vazquez vs this guy (Burns for me) and we will seriously see a good fight (Broner TKO 5 Rees is equal to Burns TKO 4 Mitchell IMO)
Didn't get where you were coming from before, but I just watched the Sky Sports broadcast with all the feigned outrage at the end about the body shot. Brown said "watch it" not "break." If a veteran fighter like Rees is that easily distracted, then it's a wonder that he only has two losses on his record. It's ****ing hilarious how biased commentary affects people.
In his short time on the scene, seems like he has put opponents down, or out, with every punch in the book already.
