Dude is hella talented and was boxing his ass off against a very very tough and oversized Adrien Granados. Broner did take too much time off during rounds and the fight was close but when he wanted to box he was doing his thing. Adrian definitely could have been more active and had a more decisive victory. Im pretty confident not too many other natural 140s could do a better job against that big of a welterweight. People keep shitting on Adrian and his power at 147 but remember how he dropped Porter a year ago, something even One Time Thurman couldn't do. Like most people, I do think he needs to go back to 140 but to call him a has-been or overrated is a falsity.

Unfortunatly he tried too hard to be like Floyd being loud, arrogant, Brash and flash but with out the skills to back it up and that plays the biggest part in all the sh1t that he gets off everybody. Although if he is insistant that 147 is where he is staying then he is a has been cuz he is just guna get battered against the top boys in the division. But he is also chasing money and there is a bit more to be had at the higher weight right now.

No, he's bad at rap. In all seriousness though, he has some obvious talent, but his lack giving the sport his all combined with his stereotypical, attention-seeking personality...Well, it's hard to root for him.

I think he might be a couple of the top ten. I certainly would count him out again Khan, Peterson or Vargas. I agree that 140 is the place for him to be though. Ricky Burns might be a piece of low hanging fruit for him to pick should he successfully unify - I never thought I'd be typing that after he moved up to LWW - allowing him to build for a big fight with Crawford, Garcia or at a real push Lomachenko.

Dude you need hop off Broner's nuts. Broner fans remind me of Ricky Hattan fans. There is always a reason why he didn't perform as expected. Why don't you just accept the fact that the guy is not what you want him to be. He's no Mayweather! He just ain't that good! Let it go!

I wanted to believe in the guy real bad. He had a good schitck going. He is the only Boxer that has an online presence and he could have fought nothing but bums for 30 fights and still have been in OK graces if he was actually serious about his profession.

I am hoping his lackluster performance had to do with him being drained. The guy looked like crap and was having so much trouble with the weight they had to move the weight stipulations.

Anyone thinking he makes 140 again are really kidding themselves though.

Its cash out time for AB. He cant make 140 and he cant survive at 147.

    Vargas
    Khan
    Garcia
    Pac

Should be the only guys he's looking at. Khan and Garcia because they are the only possibly beatable big names for him so obviously makes sense, and a cash out loss against a faded worn out Pac.

Yeah Floyd has such a deep understanding of boxing and he could work things out in a few rounds,Broner never changes and has fought the same fight multiple times.

Broner needs a complete overhaul on his training and diet. If he did that, he could be near the top at 140. Most likely, he gets his ass kicked for 1.5 million dollars+ against a top 147 pound and resembles Camacho Jr. if he had a chin for the rest of his career.

He does it to himself. He talks such a towering mountain of self aggrandizing **** that if he doesn't look spectacular, it's buyers remorse for the fans.

Also, don't compare him to Thurman. Thurman would kill him.

He needs to go back to 140. He isn't a bad fighter at 147 but I think he could be great at 140. The guy still has some of the quickest hands in the game, hes athletic and explosive. I can't deny that as much as I never really was a fan.
