Paulie is the biggest reward for the lowest risk. Why are people hating on Broner for taking it? Broner is huge at the weight and asking him not to cut down so much won't impact him. He'll handle Paulie with ease, possibly stops him late on.

JWW is tougher because the top JWW are with GBP so are genuine match-ups for him without any ostacles.

The best WW are with Top Rank (apart from mayweather)...Marquez, Pacquiao and Bradley - there is nowhere else for him to go at WW except Alexander really...I doubt Mayweather will fight him.

So yeah, fighting at 147 instead of 140 is a typicla GBP decision to shield their guy but make it look like it's a big risk.

Yeah he looks dead set on facing the best that division has to offer.

Out of the top 5 140lbers... (Your list)
Broner can ideally face 4 out of the top 5.
(Promotion & network, Easy fights to make)

Out of the top 5 147lbers... (Your list)
Broner can only potentially face 1 (RG) out of the top 5.
(Floyd ain't fighting him & the rest are w/Top Rank)
