Broner tried a few time to see what was like fighting Porter on the inside. He didn't like his chances and decide to avoid it by holding and let the referee separate them.

 

I think he's just not taking boxing serious enough. He blows up between fights and came up in weight divisions too quickly, in part due to his trouble making weight because his training discipline is lacking. He's got most everything except the hard work part, I think.

I do think it's funny how people could thought that Broner would beat Porter, even with the weight drain tactic. Broner's weakness in that he doesn't throw many punches was the reason he was (and did) lose to Porter
