Broner just lost a fight that was essentially given to him....

    He had:

Own Ref (just as in the maidana fight, the ref didn't take a point until it basically didn't matter)

    Own ring (large ring)

Own Judges (all the cards were complete BS except for 118 - 108)

Own Commentators (Really wish sugar ray leonard, BJ would have just turned off mics and sucked broners piece in the locker room afterwords, they were talking as if they would lose their jobs if they didn't verbally suck him off)

Just can't believe how corrupt this fight was. I think the judges who had the fight closer should be removed from boxing. I also think a federal investigation should be launched into how Al Haymon does business. I think he is paying off these judges, fighters, commentators to build up the guy he wants to win. He wants Broner to win because he is a good boxing "bad guy" like Floyd. But he doesn't actually have the skills.

:deal / of thread. There were at LEAST 3 more points that could, and SHOULD have been taken. TOTAL DISGRACE. I truly though Broner was gonna get the decision... even after HANDILY getting his a$$ handed to him.

Discrace indeed. The fact that we as boxing fans rejoice when a correct decision is actually rendered speaks volumes with regards to the depths of corruption this sport has dwelled into..

Amazing how someone who comes into the ring at 157 needs a catchweight for a WW fight :patsch

Haymon also tried to drain Porter. Seriously, people thought Porter could make the 154 lb. rehydration limit? LMFAO

Really, this whole thing was to throw Porter under the bus, but it failed, completely.

I am glad I wasn't the only one that thought the commentators sounded like they were afraid their jobs would be taken from them. It was a disgusting display all around.

PS: Did anyone notice how broner complained when porter stuck his elbow in his throat in retaliation for all the dirty tactics ab was employing?

Why would Haymon pay off judges to score the fight for the other guy? I think boxing fans are just used to complaining. Now we're asking for federal investigations when a guy who everyone thought won, wins by UD.

It was blatantly obvious everything including "ref", "commentating" and at least 2 judges were in some kind of cahoots to help Broner win... even draining Porter was foul...

So rejoiced it backfired and the right man won.

Doesn't matter. Illegal acts were probably committed by organizers of the event to get the judges/commentators/ref to behave the way they did. The commentators were paid off so that casual fans who don't know anything about boxing would THINK that Broner was the REAL DEAL. But TRUE fans know he is a FRAUD.

You are just an Al Haymon fan boy. One of those guys who goes around saying "AL HAYMON IZ A GENIOUS". Al Haymon is nothing but a glorified scammer.

    Its weird.
I think Porter can be a legit PPV star for a mostly AMERICAN AUDIENCE.

They try to make Broner into the next big thing when they already have a marketable figure in Porter.

But they probably wanted a successor for Floyd. A guy that's viewed not just by his fanbase but even more that want to see him lose. Problem is, that he has the losing part down a little too much.

Another 5 minutes and Broner probably would have knocked Porter out. He smashed him pretty good in that last round. AB doesn't have the speed/accuracy/skills to keep a charging/rushing fighter like Maidana or Porter off him.
