I feel this is bad match making by Golden boy if it's really happening in April. Good for us as fans but bad for the fighters. Say what you want about Arum but when one of his stars get drilled they get a decent break and an easyish comeback fight:

Cotto beat up by Marg, comes back a Jennings/ beat up by Pac, comes back vs Foreman
Marg beat up by Mosley, comes back vs a nobody a year later
Pac beat up by Marquez, comes back vs Rios almost a year later in Rios 147 debut

Only ones it didn't work out for are Rios, Alvarado and Provodnikov lol.

Good stuff. Can't wait for the rematch. Broner has balls to make an immediate rematch after the beating he took in the first fight.

    Its not balls or bravery.

    Its stupidity and arrogance

No it's balls and wanting to avenge a loss nothing wrong with that. Was it stupidy and arrogance for Mares to want an immediate rematch with Gonzalez after getting KTFO in 2 rounds? Of course it wasn't.

To piggyback the prospect (broner) is non marketable were he to take an L in the rematch. Same case for canelo if he takes the L to cotto. At the end of the day golden boy is stacked with the superior fighters and putting on the risky more competitive bouts than TR by far in the last 2 years.

For any other fighter i would say brave, but for Broner its probably because he is deluded, just remember that he said "i dont want to be the one to give Floyd loss":patsch thats how delude he is...

Hope Maidana gets paid well, he has earned it. Maidana wins again. Broner wont become a different fighter in the space of 4 months. he gets hit too easily and too much. Only question is does Maidana get the stoppage this time?.

A disaster for Broner, but a joy for the fans.

The build up will be cool I know Maidana will talk mad shyt now and Broner cant do anything but take it. Broner I think will win this one,he will know if he loses he may be done as a elite level fighter and elite paydays
