id have seen enough success of broner in the first fight. i think he has good chance, just need the right game plan and trained hard to execute it.
Broner is not a bad boxer....at all. I don't think he's being trained right, and I think he needed humbled like he got last night. Chino still wins the rematch though.
Broner with a smart trainer would win a rematch Idiot obviously didnt take the threat serus enough But he does have skills
With a decent ref, he could get stopped by maidana, with a cole type ref, he would elbow his way to victory
I'm not a big fan of the boner lol....but it was pretty clear he was getting to Marcos and Marcos knew he had to maintain. A rematch would be interesting, plus it's the only way he regains any momentum to his career. It's not as if boner can't outbox, hurt and win rounds vs Marcos it's that Marcos wanted it more and his power served him well last night great win for him!
we saw the same thing. broner was taking the fight to maidana in the later rounds, just too banged up to do anything significant. jsut nneeds to avoid the big punches, learn when to fade and when to clinch. but then again, maidana wil always be 1 punch away from changing the course of the fight. just saying im leaning towards broner in a more disciplined fight.
maidana knows he can hurt him at will, he will just do the same again. maidana's power is in Broner's head now as well. He doesn't really want the rematch guys lets be real.
Maidana was gassing from the 5th round and Broner still couldn't put it on him, whilst even a tired Maidana was stiffening Broner with every clean shot. Let Smoger ref a rematch and Maidana would finish the job inside 4 rounds.
We're going to agree on something. Terrible game plan. What I really question is, and I'll ask you: Do you think he has the foot speed and foot work to pull it off? If he tries to walk Maidana down again and bang with him, he could be in for a long night. And he better improve that defense and start moving his head. Got hit with far too many looping shots and in both KD's, he was backing straight up, while standing straight up. BANG and down.
he needs to move in the first few rounds. side to side, stick and move. jab enough to steal the rounds. i think he can do this.
