It's WAAAY too soon for someone like Broner to be pulling this ****. He might be deemed a star, but he's not one yet. He needs the fights to make him a star, not just a promoter for fanboys saying he is. You fight the best in your division, regardless of how known they are. That is when he will seperate himself from the rest, not because he has a promoter or manager that can guarantee a sweetheart deal w/ a network.Sad to say, that's probably going to be more the norm for up and coming boxers. They want to be paid and treated like superstars too soon. Shoot, won't be long before Canelo is only on PPV's, and he hasn't fought anyone with a pulse. Look what happened to Berto. He was hand fed a title w/ easy defenses. Something like that can stifle a boxers growth and let them peak at too early at their careers.
