Broner might sign 147 with Maidana/ clause

This will be easy work for Broner a showcase fight. It will look a lot like the Demacro fight.

 

I never knew Broner was a boxer mover type like Devon and Khan, seems like he is a stationary plodder who pressures smaller fighters to me.

Maidana stops Broner IMO. Broner doesn't hit hard enough, isn't active enough, doesn't run enough and doesn't hold/clinch enough to survive the 12 rounds vs Chino.

 

Broner's workrate will go way up against Maidana because he's slow and there to be hit. Broner loves guys like Maidana because he can beat them to the punch all night long landing the cleaner punches and win most of the exchanges because of his superior hand speed and timing to these types. Broner is also a great inside fighter where he picks his shots and goes to the body well a place where Maidana is especially vunerable at. He also has good enough defense to frustrate Maidana. Mark my words this fight will look just like Demarco and afterwards you'll be saying why in the hell did I think Maidana could beat Broner.

 

Marcos "Glass Body" Maidana won't be able to withstand the body shots that Broner will land on him. He looked really vulnerable to me in his last couple fights and I believe he gets stopped if this fight takes place.

 

Yeah Maidana has been knocked out to the body plenty of times and he hasn't got any heart to come back from a KD , what a bum, and Broner is the most powerful puncher at 147 I've ever seen. Mismatch.

Look what Khan, of all fighters , did to Maidana. Hell look what ancient Morales did to Maidana.

 

Maidana sent Khan to the hospital and Morales's face was deformed after the fight. Maidana has hurt every opponent minus Devon and that more of a hug/wrestling fest than an actual fight.

I will say maidana wasn't that great vs Morales though.

 

Malignaggi got better overall boxing skills than broner. Maidana would destroy him, because at welterweight broner is feather-fisted, and he doesn't have the footwork like his delusional fans thinks he does.

The guy is light years more skiled than Berto. Horrible comparison. Berto fights dumb can't fight on the inside doesn't pick his shots and has no defense. You don't have to have ATG footwork to beat a limited guy like Maidana who's overrated as hell and can be outboxed.
