exactly....the fight was at 140 give or take a lb... not like a title fight or anything. broner came in at 141....ONE lb over...not 5 or 6. ONE lb. it's gonna have absolutely no effect on his performance or molina's. he's still gonna b1tchslap molina all over the ring.

If there was a contractual stipulation to allow him to be as high as 141lbs then it's a non issue, he made weight.

But it also suggests that he is too big for light welter and is benefiting from a size advantage, but we already knew that. He looks good beating up smaller men but when he steps up against good opposition or men his size he's going to struggle. Broner is world class but he isn't anything special.

you can't assert a direct correlation between fear & being a lb. over. it does strongly suggest he has some kind of issue though, a lack of commitment to professionalism at the very least. Broner is dumber than a rock, it could just be that too.
