The worst part of it all is that they think every British posters think this because most of us think Burns isn't ducking.

 

I think the majority of Burns fans are amongst the most realistic and honest fans on the forum mate.


But now they seem to have made Ricky into a pariah,we're all clueless Brits and they don't even realise that Ricky would be an HBO dream if he was from the US beecause he's as likeable as it gets and nothing but an honest pro who's shocked the world and proved he belongs at the top level.

I ****ing hate sweeping generalisations and there's even a few posters who I had down as OK hating on Ricky for no good reason,

well on here I dont see the UK fans saying Dirrell was robbed.

 

Not as bad as TR or don king.Even al haymon.At least oscar tries to make the best fight possible & work with other Promotions unlike arum.Nobodies dirtier than that scum.Yea i'd say canelo,broner,mares are protected but he's not protecting his whole stable & at least is letting his fighters fight the best when they are ready to step up.I'd take GB over tr,king any day.They're no angels but they're not as bad as the other 2.

It was a close fight won due to a point deduction on my card, I don't claim to be a perfect boxing judge or perfectly unbiased either, the way I saw it was 4 rounds clear for each fighter, and 4 rounds which could go whichever way you want to place them, seeing as Froch was at home he was obviously going to receive them rounds or at least the majority of them.

Have a read around and you'll find some respectable journalists in the business are questioning the integrity of the people at the very top of US Boxing, (GBP, USADA etc), claiming they have are cheating by using PED's but are having their positive samples brushed under the carpet.

Wouldnt surprise me if this was happening for years ...

Maybe this is why very few US fighters travel? :think

No it isn't ffs.

People are split here, if there was a way to poll the British fight fans for their scorecard you would find the results to be varied between 115-112 Dirrell and 116-111 Froch (Both scores I personally see as too wide)
