Yeah. The ref should have taken points from Broner.

The Khan point deductions were apt.

They were two different referees ya know.

In the Khan fight the referee was there to protect Peterson and in the Maidana fight he was there to protect Broner... pretty straightforward if you ask me.

    Broner is allowed to foul-

No points off for this against Paulie

I love how British fans cry about the Prescott fight yet completely ignore the endless trash results that happen in England.

Laurence Cole is just a bad ref all round but its more a case of hometown bias in the case of Broner and Peterson.

I'd complain about the ref if the fight had of been decided based on the 3rd man in the ring....however.....they got the decision correct and seriously......while it was an entertaining fight and competitive in spots....it was pretty much a one sided affair and the ref let the boys fight it out. Marcos and Broner were both in there doing some dirt. Broner more than Marcos but both got away with a lot.

I don't recall anybody defending that referee for taking a 2nd point, in the 12th round of that fight. Were/Are there people here defending that?

One point I understood, but taking another in the 12th of a close fight like that was just bull****. And I'm not even a big Khan fan.

You don't like Brits so you just make stuff up? most Brits weren't bothered that khan lost to Prescott and by the time he fought Peterson most were rooting against him.
