That second quote is telling, Broner thinks he can juggle boxing and partying. Obviously thinking 147 would enable him to be able to do both. Considering Broner was fighting in the superfeather weight division just last year, it's quite possible that if he gave up partying - he could still make that weight. He should do that, 130-135, he has no business at 147. 140 is the highest he should go, can't believe his handlers even let him get to welter.

Broner's a legit WW, he's not making 140. The guy's big enough he could be a JMW in a few years. His problem's not weight, it's his mentality. He's young and was brought up against soft competition and surrounded by yes men and got away with everything he was told not to. His lack of discipline in the ring last night was glaring. You would never see Mayweather lose focus like that ever. Broner has all skills to be great, but he lacks the focus of a true great like you find in Mayweather and Pacquiao.
