Broner is admitting to having a weaker jaw than Khan without even realizing it.
    Next level smartness.

Given credit due where its due, he won the fight vs Maidana, however:

    1. They were legitimate 140lbers when they fought, whereas AB is135lber (I shook hands with him after his fight against DeMarco in Atlantic City, the dude is SMALL!) .. No excuses though, if you get in the ring and lose, can't blame weight. I am just making a point

    2. The referee could/shoud have easily stopped the fight in the 10th round. Khan literally was getting punched on for a minute straight and threw no punches back of his own. Before you hate, if applicable, go to you tube and watch that round. (This fight also, IMO, is the reason Khan has looked like s--t as of late, this and the Peterson fght. He is shopworn and he knows it. Hence the reason for begging Floyd for the fight).

    3. Maidana is with a much better trainer in Robert Garcia, who has led Maidana to 4 straight stoppages since taking command of the corner.

Again, Khan beat the man, all credit due. I remember seing it live and I thought he was en route to 1st rd stoppage. But we all saw how Khan SURVIVED the end of that fight.

    Good post.

Khan fans talk like he dominated the fight and wasn't hurt when he had a 10-8 round scored against him without even hitting the canvas.

He may not have touched down but he was way more hurt by Maidana than Broner was.

    Exactly

The thing is I once was a Khan supporter. I liked the fact that he was down for the Peterson fight in DC, I was really repping him then as I went to the fight, but then his selfish rants about DC boxing at the end of the bout, had me looking at him differently. Since the fight was controversial, I overlooked his rants, due to emotions, adrenaline, etc... you know, he had just lost a belt.

Then how he acted after Danny Garcia beat him (i.e. It was a lucky punch, My trainer doesnt give me attentnion, yadayada...) I lost all respect for him. I wont bash him or try to belittle him as a man or nothing like that, I just think he is a selfish, spoiled type of peson who never takes responsibility for his actions.

Funny... Khan has beat two of the guys who Broner lost against in Maidana and Paulie. And Khan beat Paulie pretty easily whereas Broner had to be gifted a decision.

The delusion in here is laughable.
I cannot stand Khan, i've always been one of his biggest critics on these boards, and thought he was elevated to stardom off the back of good PR rather than out and out boxing abaility, HOWEVER.......
He'd beat Broner senseless, too big, too fast and too heavy handed. He'd also jump on Broner from the get go, which is when Broner is at his worst.
This fight wouldn't make the middle rounds, Broner would be KO'd or would feign injury to try and save face.

    This^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Maidana should've gotten the stoppage win in that fight Amir khan hadn't thrown a punch till there was 22 seconds left in the round joe Cortez failed to make the call but Marcos should've walked away with a W. I've seen fights stopped for less than that but whatever. A win is a win right ??
