The Greats might have done better in rematches, but Broner is not a great. Broner is a legend in his own mind..........

He shouldn't rematch immediately IMO. Take a couple months to get in really good shape, get your head right, accept you made some mistakes and correct them. I think he can win a rematch if he really changes his attitude and trains more aka increases his punch output.

broner is no great....way over-rated and got his punk ass handed to him like he deserved....he was taken to school just like Calzaghe took jeff lacy to school.......broner hopefully get his face knocked off in the rematch then maidana can lay him down and hump him in the middle of the ring like broner deserves for all the world to see

At least he didn't quit on hiis stool like Vitali:lol:

At least he got off his as/s...pressed the action and moved foreward...unlike Vlad.

    Does Vlad's terrified a.ss even have a foreward gear?

    I can't tell.

The rematch clause wasn't talked about a lot, probably because it can be seen as a confidence deficiency from the A-side. In any case, is it not admirable that he wants to take an immediate rematch after his hair was thoroughly brushed and permed in the first fight?

Courage, it would seem, is Broner's only redeeming quality. On the flip side, maybe it's merely ego; and he is biting off more than he can chew.

At 24, Broner is already a three time world champ. If, Broner wants to become GREAT this is the first step towards it. All the greats have won their respected rematches easily the second time around when doubted (at the same age as Broner) SRR< SRL, Mayweather ( even though he won a close fight). Just too name a few. Broner, knows he has to start faster and set the best and be better defensive. We will see :deal.

Ego and courage in boxing go hand in hand. Redemption is every boxers dream after a loss. Ain't no business decisions like lets avoid this guy and move on. Foh... I give the kid props after taking a thorough ass whippin and wanting to overturn that same ass whipping a second time.
