I don't see Broner as an all that good of a fighter, but at least he's fighting some tough ass fighters 10-17lbs above his debut weight class. Golovkin is babysitting Middleweight waiting for Welterweights and Jr Middleweights to come up. Geale is another one who isn't that good, he lost to Barker and in his last 3 fights has beaten Garth Wood(lol) and an old Anthony Mundine who was destroyed by the smaller Clottey.

 

Mack was 2-2, with a debatable loss to Sturm and decent effort against SGM.

Geale's loss to Barker could have gone the other way.

They're decent enough contenders to have faced, at any rate. Not elite...but a step up from guys like Adama and Ishida.

 

now he's stepping up with Daniel Geale, he is a true top three or four fighter in the middleweight division and it should be a hard and difficult test for GGG.
