Good fights and card but reckon the buys could be very low, With the Mayweather card and JMM vs Bradley and Pacquiao in November people wont wanna keep shelling out to buy fights, big risk making it PPV
I don't see how Maidana loses. I really don't. I try to ignore how much of a **** Broner is and watch his boxing and all I see is a flat-footed boxer with average defense who takes way too many shots. Am I that wrong?
Very dangerous fight for Broner. Loose to a dangerous plodder like Midana and his dreams of being the next PBF are gone.

I don't think so, Broner at the start of his career showed some decent legs and athleticism, but since the Ponce fight he's been a Mayweather wannabe(that's late career Mayweather) and stands still trying to show his so called "defence". If he does this against Maidana, I can't see how he avoids a bad beating down the stretch Thurman should put a beating on Soto Karass(another Maidana victim) and Ortiz may be a spent force
The thing is, being a "plodder" doesn't seem to matter against Broner these days, he seems just content to sit and pose, that's ok against weak punchers like Rees and Malignaggi, but god help him if he tries that against Maidana
His mental game lets him down big time. Still would love to see him and Khan go at it, they have a bit of history with Khan beating him in the amo's !!
Not sure Maidana hits Broner in the face way too slow Most people are picking Maidana out of hate for Broner, realistically Broner could shut him out like Alexander did His block can work against single punches he will just have trouble with combination boxers
Marcos is vulnerable though and gets hurt quite a bit in his fights,I dont think Broner is a huge puncher at welter but I reckon he has enough pop to give Maidana something to think about.Im lookin at this as a fifty fifty fight right now,I think Broner will have to do alot more than what he did when fought Paulie,hel get knocked out by Maidana if he plods forward with that stupid look on his face.
Lopez and Soto Karass are big, all action guys, Broner is a smaller guy with a much slower workrate, and anyway, Maidana may get hurt quite a bit, but it's the opponent who always loses the brawl. Ortiz/Lopez/Soto Karass, they all hurt him, but they were the ones who took the beating in the end
Perfect opponent to keep the gravy train going. He provides the tenacious ko intrigue but Broner will know what to expect and he gets a name on his record. They are building a Broner Floyd fight and with these sort of fights it'll probably be HUGE by the time it does happen.
