He already fought at 154 for the Carson Jones rematch didnt he?

Im a big fan of Brook but the dude needs to stay at Welterweight, I cant see him beating Lara/Canelo/Andrade let alone anyone else

Porter is not small for Welter at all. Sure he is not a tall man but he is thick set. He has fought at light middle before as well which illustrates the point. Bear in mind Brook is huge welter himself and while he won the fight he did have difficulty controlling Porter throughout. It was certainly a physical fight. I actually think Porter might struggle to do whatever catch weight they want to fight at. However, I feel it is a bad fight for Broner because I can't see how he will be able to keep Porter off him for 12 rounds as he is a swarming type of fighter. I think Porter has a good beard and Broner is no banger anyway. In fact he looks feather fisted since leaving 135.

Not that I care about him but Broner should not be fighting above 140 and not sure who is advising him to take this fight. If anything he should be going after Garcia as he has the skill set to beat him. Winning would also propel him to the top fighter in the weight class. Lets be honest, he will sell because people dislike him but he is also in interesting types of fights.

Just very odd matchmaking. Its like they have learned nothing from sticking him in with Maidana and jumping up a stone!
