If Broner gets less than 1.2 mill views tonight idk how long GBP stays exclusively with showtime considering he had more than that against a no name (in the states at least) Reese

I think it will be around 1 million, which is very big on showtime with its 21 million subscribers

Broner isn't a draw. The boxing in general is a draw.

GBP fighters will go back to HBO once showtime stops paying them more. GBP knows that showtime gets less viewers. Showtime also knows this.

Showtime is attempting to invest in building their boxing brand, hoping that they become the #1 source for boxing so even if they are losing money now it will pay off in the future. This is also why Floyd left.

^I've had to post this a number of times so you high school dropouts can understand how this business works.

GBP doesn't give a FLYING **** about how many people watch the fights on showtime. They are being paid more by showtime to go on that network and put on fights. In all honesty if the next fight had 2 people + ref and judges show up they wouldn't give a ****.

OBVIOUSLY, ANY card that was on showtime in the past few months would have gotten WAY more viewers on HBO. But showtime is trying to build their brand so they pay GBP for coming to their network. It's not like GBP is a bunch of clueless morons who made this decision thinking "GEE LETS JUST DITCH OUR NORMAL NETWORK FOR NO REASON AND MAKE LESS MONEY." They left HBO because they had a much more lucrative deal with showtime lol.

Why is that so hard for some of you kids to understand?

Bottom line would b how many ppl actually saw it, not how many had access (or how many subscribers SHO holds)!
