Broner vs Linares & DeMarco

Broner would win vs DeMarco but Linares is a good fight. I'd like to see it, possibly a decision for the latter

 

Some of the people here saying Broner would lose seem to say it more out of wishful thinking more than anything...

You can't bring up Broner struggles against Ponce De Leon and just ignore Linares first round KO loss to that C-level Mexican fighter....That's called having selective memory.

Demarco struggles with guys with speed and power see the Valero fight for reference. I think Broner stops him. Linares would be the tougher fight he's more skilled than Demarco but will ultimately find Broner to be a problem that he has no answer for. I see him getting outboxed down the stretch and possibly stopped.

well, Linaires has been crying about wanting a rematch with Demarco. How about we put him up against Broner and winner fights Demarco.

Broner KO5 Linaires
Broner KO10 or UD Demarco :yep

 

If Broner catches Linares flush he could stop him, for sure. I just don't think that's going to happen again. I could be wrong.

 

There's just as much chance of Linares stopping Broner as there is vice versa IMO.

If Broner fights Jorge, he'll be facing someone more skilled than himself, and I don't think it'll end well for him.

 

i wish i knew how good Broners chin was. im confident that Broner has the power and speed to KO Linares. i can see him getting outworked and outlanded tho.

 

I just don't know how to feel about Linares. He has some fights where he looks amazing. Well, he always LOOKS amazing, he's smooth as hell in there, but he's got two pretty glaring losses.

 

It's the only real question mark I have for Broner at 130, then the question would be repeated at Lightweight.

Do you agree that Linares is more skilled than Broner? (Mad respect for Broner's skills, but I love Linares as a fighter, so much potential that I don't think he'll realise, wrong training and too poor a chin.)

 

yeah i do agree Linares is more skilled....for now. Broner is good but still young and learning. he will be a force down the line. if they were to fight today my gut feeling would be Linares outboxing him. but then again, Linares chin is suspect and Broner got that 1 punch KO power and pretty damn quick himself.

 

DeMarco earned alot of peoples respect for taking a shellacking and returned the favor to the more talented Linares. Actually why these 2 haven't rematched is something that need be brought up. Linares reminds me alot of Khan and Broner Floyd of course it would be a speedy fight that's for sure. DeMarco brings alot of heart not sure if he would repeat another victory over Linares. In their primes these fights need to happen no question about it.

 

Broner would beat both in my opinion but it wouldnt come easy.
