He was trying to counteract his bias, by showing he isn't bias through his scorecard

Maidana owned Broner, physically and emotionally. Lets move on now and enjoy Xmas and the new year. Thanks Maidana for an early present though it was much enjoyed.

On this subject, I must say that I like Paulie commentating. And his ability to be non-bias is pretty impressive.

Paulie wanted to fight Broner... So his bias was beyond his control. Maidana landed the better harder shots ALL night and landed MORE period. Adrien Berto got exposed and he should have known better than to try and hump Maidana. He left the ring like the confused Floyd Wannabe that he always was. NO grown man should EVER be content with acting, walkin and talking like another man.

when i saw Paulie's card i almost fell out of my seat, i swore the fix was in at that point.

i only gave broner rounds 5-7-11-12. and some of them were close swing rounds while most of maidana's were decisive.

had broner winning rounds 4-7, and like you said, he came out strong in the 8th until getting buzzed again. had him winning the twelfth too.
    114-111 Maidana

with a clear head, broner was actually doing really well, as i said he was making a comeback until getting knocked down in the 8th. once he cleared his head again he started to make another comeback in the 11th and 12th.
Maidana is definitely not the better fighter, but he has that game changing power to stop a man in his tracks.

i wouldn't call it close because it had a clear winner, but it was most definitely competitive, round wise..

Thank god thought I was crazy lol but he won round 3 if they rematch I favor broner I have him winning 3-7 but losing 1,2,8,9,10,11 .... So in my mind he lost 6 rounds the thing is round 2 and 8 and 9 I scored that **** 10-8 .... He took some heavy heavy punishment in round 9 even though he didn't go down I scored it 10-8 I would love a rematch

Maybe for the rematch you two can get a hotel room and hold hands during the fight. I'm sure ESB will get a charity chip in for you guys.

don't know if i'd favor Broner tbh. if he can't make adjustments and be more defensively responsible, the same thing might happen again, maybe even worse. Broner fought well, better then alot of people will give him credit for, but when it comes down to it, he rushed into this divison too soon. he was a lightweight last. he aint never felt this kind of power before. i think he should go down to 140, develop his body and craft a bit more, then move up for the rematch. he's only 24.
but i can understand why he'd want to erase that stain of his record..

    No it wasnt close.

Judges score based on what they see live. They dont have the luxury of stopping pausing or rewinding what they think they may have saw.

    :deal

I thought Broner won 4 rounds.

He certainly has the tools to be really good but his flaws are GLARING.

honestly i was rooting for maidana and the fight had me nervous as hell!!! i was worried maidana was going to gas out and give broner a chance to come back and i was worried the crooked ass judges would give broner the close rounds. so i had the fight closer than it actually was because i was thinking robbery. i will watch it again but from what i remember it was a clear ass whoopin victory for maidana.

Broner should definitely not take the rematch as his next fight, another whoopin from Maidana would be devastating.
