    Don't know if its true but hearing Broner did not even try to make the weight the second time just failed to turn up and has been stripped.

    Theophane can win the "belt" as he made the weight but you could not make this up really.

    The second time he has been stripped for coming in overweight.

    The fight is still on though, I really do hope Broner gets beaten, can't see it happening but yu never know.
