Sorry fellas, late on watching the fight. I thought Broner looked good, he's 22 and still improving. I didn't think he was all too cocky like HBO or the forum made him out to be. A little silly with the rapping and hair combing, but he didn't say anything disrespectful or over the top for a fighter. I think he will be just fine at 130 because it's where he feels comfortable and when he's ready to step up for bigger fights he should. No need to push him right now. His opponent, nice kid, though decent at fighting on the outside, fought the totally wrong fight. You don't fight with your hands down or try to outbox a fighter who is taller, rangier and faster. Big problem with US boxing is general they don't teach shorter fighters how to cut off the ring.
I'm not sold yet with Broner. The guy is a kid trying to mimic Floyd. Plus I haven't seen him go through adversity yet. Right now as far as his career he's in that building up stage where he gets to look great against cab drivers. Well see when he's presented with a real challenge .
