I disagree with that bcause he wears it well. Broner didn't just take a piece of Floyds style, instead he incorporated the whole formula and thats what it is, a formula for winning. All he gotta do now figure out how to fight within the context of that formula in order to maximize its effectiveness. Its like giving your little bro one of your suits and when he puts it on you say dam boy, you look better in that mother****er than I do. He was made for that style. You might see him as a class C fighter but you are in the minority because I along with the majority feel that he is destined for greatness.:bbb
It's one thing to pattern is style and tactics after Floyd. It's another to act like a ****ing clone by doing **** like choking your opponent at the weigh-in. That's pure ***gotry.
:good he even went to Floyd's gym to watch him train and he studied a lot of Mayweather/Hatton ya you got a good point. I know the big ones is waiting too long to counter after a flurry a punches come (he was better at this in his last fight) and not putting combinations together.
hes a young afro-american male. of course hes gonna look up to floyd as his idol. nice to see someone with skill try to emulate floyd. i luv it as a boxing fan. we need more fighters like that with pure skill
Floyd gives props to Broner [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNq_mL1fz4s&feature=player_embedded[/ame]
I feel weird about it, I'm sometimes cool with it since my fav boxer is Mayweather and May v2 is obviously nice to watch for me, however at other times I'm annoyed at it because he's copying everything Mayweather did to become so succesful.
Boner looks good while fighting winos from the alley...............he should have fought Gamboa, now he will have to move up.......................LOL, but he did not want to fight someone who can fight back!
