He doesn't but he's much more vicious and aggressive, unlike Maidana, Provodnikov only takes steps forward and he comes at his opponents with the intention of brutalizing and destroying them. And Provodnikov is able to do this better than Maidana because he possesses the toughness and CHIN that allows him to walk through punches and put on relentless pressure.

I am a huge fan of Mayweather's boxing ability, I have more of his fights saved on my hd than any other boxer, but lets face it, his timing of picking opponents matches perfectly with their decline (hatton, Judah, Mosley, Delahoya,Cotto) or he fights guys with overall fundamental flaws (Ortiz gets stupid under pressure), Guererro is Incapable of learning from what happens in the fight (Berto landed the same punch on him from round 5 to round 12 and he didn't figure out to avoid it), etc

His one true challenge in the last 7 years was Canelo, and I was very happy to see him shine in that fight, winning almost every round. But the whole BS with "Paquao is not on my level, who is Martinez?, Khan is a solid opponent because I have to make the most money with the least damage taken", comon man, that is bull****.

and "there's nobody wrecking people like the russian" please. what was Matthysse doing earlier this year? he actually knocked out some good fighters. but since he got exposed, i guess Provo is your substitute(a lesser version, of course)

broner has the heart and the chin. he is a very durable kid similar to bradley. he proved he had a chin the bad way though. the kid was taking haymakers & and hard combos to the dome and clean shots to the chin. if he was frail fighter he would have got stopped in 2nd or at the least going into the 3rd.
karass, lopez or ortiz did not take half the punishment broner took and they got stopped in like 6rds. lopez or karass are considered warriors and at the very least the same can be said about broner. he could looked for a way out or just fought to survive but he still walked to maidana after being lit up by maidana. that showed he has what it takes to become champ again. because aint know way he should have finnshed that 2nd rd let alone the 3rd. then to fight on and try to win. broner is only going to get better i think.

his china, coupled with his inability to hide it, was his downfall.

at least broner fights the tough fights, where as floyd outright ducked them.

Honestly, I would avoid putting Broner in with durable guys that can punch, especially if they have good stamina.

However, since people are so prone in putting Broner in with a guy like that, they should put Broner in with Soto Karass or Lopez.

Preferably Lopez because there is no guarantee Broner gets past Karass.

Look what happened to Berto, and the version of Berto that got beat probably would have beat Broner.

There is no guarantee he get's by Lopez either.

Victor Ortiz was at one time a Golden Boy hype job who ate **** and died against Maidana and Lopez.

And Ortiz is better than Broner.

You're right. Lopez is tough, pretty rangy, and has some skill.

That's why I'm saying, if you want to protect Broner, throw him in with Judah or maybe Alexander, but I think Alexander would beat him.

He could potentially get past Judah. If you want to see Broner take a beating, even if he manages to win, put him in with the durable guys who can punch and have good stamina.

If Judah is motivated, like he was vs Garcia- and I believe Broner **** talk before the fight would get him motivated- he also beats Broner.

Broner's only chance of beating Alexander is via disgraceful robbery.
