While reading the comments I see a bunch of you crying about how Broner hasn't fought any competition. While I agree that outside of Demarco his opponents have been less than stellar, I understand that he is young. So lets look at other top fighters and when they actually started fighting real competition. Pac (37-2-1) before facing Barrera Mayweather (25-0) before Corrales Mattysse (27-0) before Zab (which I'm sure if Broner faced him u guys would say he's washed up) Golovkin (25-0) nobody Martinez (44-1-1) before Cintron D.Garcia (23-0) before khan I can go on for days, but you can't complain about Broners competition until he exceeds at least 29 fights without a fight with someone at a better level. Let the guy develope and quite whining Also I was generous with some of those
Manny and mayweather shouldnt be on that list..both were already lineal champions before those fights you listed Manny was 23-1 when became lineal at 112 by beating Sasakul And Floyd was 17-0 when he beat Genero Hernendez for the lineal title at 130
what do you define as real competition? You think Corrales was the first "real" fighter Floyd fought? Or Barrera was the first "real" competition Pac fought?
Yes I was confused by their names on the list too! :think OP you DO realise Floyd beat Hernandez for his title right?
Ok some of those may be unfair considering that I assumed that the people complaining about broner would probably say the same thing about the competition of all those fighters up until the points in their carreers that I pointed out.
