Brook about hitting Rock bottom

Brook is a straight fella from where i'm sitting. Camp voice a bit,but jeez, no evidence he got chopped up for trying it on with a bloke whatsoever

 

yeh i dont get how hes hitting rock bottom.

He should accpet that picking up some defeats at world level is always going to happen to him. Hes not elite and shouldnt expect to go almost undefeated against good opposition.

This is a problem with people today - they invent a psychological "rock bottom" so that they can artificially feel they can rise above it. Just accept what you are ....like fighters used to, a human who can win or lose, live or die on any given day.

Kell,if winning and keeping the euro belt is your level than just go and do it, and be happy with it, ffs.

I hope that's not the path Brook chose; if not the case, it's perfectly fine to feel down for a few days/weeks after so much emotions and efforts.

People naturally spring back after they set new goals and objectives.

But this "depression" syndrom BS spouted by the medias is making a mockery of the disease and the people it affects for real (poor people, junkies, alcoholics).

I mean you can have Prince Charle's Camilla feeling depressed because her 11 year old chiwawa dog died and the papers will print this garbage for people to knock themselves over with it.
