Brook demolishes both Beefy and Ali. I believe Brook has a very good shot at cleaning out 154, although Lara will be by far the trickiest fight for him stylistically.

He really has a lot of options at 154, but the problem is Smith Ali hasn't been made yet, though word is it's close to being made and possibly will be on May 12th. I really think Brook vs the Ali Smith winner makes the most sense. Brook and Smith sparred before so if Smith wins they are familiar with each other. I think most would favor Brook against Smith. I agree Lara is by far the trickiest fight for him stylistically though I think Charlo's a more dangerous fight for him.

Realistically Brook is at least top 5 at 154 you would only favour Charlo, Lara & Hurd over him but he is certainly a live dog in all those fights. I would also say that Brook is the most lucrative fight $ wise for anybody at 154.

Don't think he ever really had that type of potential. Brook is a somewhat flawed fighter. Mostly his feet isn't fast enough and he takes too many shots. He's good but not great IMO.

He looked pretty damn good against Spence. Very transparent.

He did but he was clearly drained. It doesn't even make sense that he WOULDN'T be drained. Historically people don't do well going down in weight.

they don't do well going up two divisions yet you have no qualms saying that if Brook was a natural MW it would have made no difference against GGG.

Because the size was about equal when they fought. It wasn't weight that beat him there.

It was though. They weighed them the night of the fight and every time they did the IBF weight check Brook didn't appear to be undersized.

Definitely talented, have always been a fan also. I don't think his body has it anymore, or won't for long. The GGG fight was a massive mistake, as was stagnating a bit after the Porter fight.

This is a different fight, Jr was moving up in weight.

Kell Brook is just a total undersized midget against these behemoths lol

Jr will have to up his game big time if he wants to compete at that level.

Hurd has already battered Trout who is a skilled guy and a fair bit bigger than Brook with less beatings on the clock.

Brook is surely setting himself a good payday vs Canelo after the GGG deal is closed, inspiring work ethic, compared to the think hard-work less Amir Khan approach to getting paydays

He's the same size as GGG, he's fine.

Jr. in comparison to Hurd is as skilled as they come, he lost to a bigger far more skilled man, who's been very active and is incredibly heavy handed.

Hurd let Trout punch him in the face flush repeatedly until he got tired, and that was an old somewhat shot shell of Trout coming off of a year and a half off. Had Trout been more active, been active and the distance a few times he would have went the distance and beat Hurd by wide UD, and we'd all be talking about what a hypejob Hurd is right about now, because Trout was schooling him until he tired.

Trout is the same size as Brook.
