and??? If you buy travel and accommodation for a show well in advance there's always the possibility of injuries etc delaying fights so always best prepared and go with the option that gives you free cancellations, or book it closer to the time
Given the fact that a further announcement will be made on Monday it's almost certain that this will be shifted to December 12th. I agree that independent medicals would stop doubt in situations like this but how you implement a scheme in boxing would be tricky.
My first thought was bull****. I saw Brook on tv a week or two ago and he did not look in fighting shape at all. Probably been a planned move since Klitchko pulled out of 24th.
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour pulling out a week before costing his loyal fans money I suppose he'll now go to Tenerife to RELAX
Fighters get injured people. Yeah it sucks but these things happen. Joke is the fans who expect fighters to simply ignore injuries and just go in and fight.
but you have to say it seemingly happens to often now. Always in the lead up to a fight. Like tyson fury said in an interview after the Klitschko delay it's not fair on the fans. I think it will have the opposite effect and put a lot of fans off buying tickets if this keeps becoming a regular thing. It's a trend which just seems fishy.
